Does PMT make you feel ill?

Or is it just me .
So between ovulation and my period arriving I have the following on and off symptoms:
Bloating and / or the runs
Random stabbing pains
Low level pelvic pain
Need a wee all the time
Nausea
Occasional night sweats

Every month I become convinced there is something badly wrong with me - then I come on my period , and feel absolutely fine and dandy for the next 3 weeks.

I’m in my early 40s. I will phone the Gp at some point but because I feel absolutely fine most of the time , I keep forgetting.

Anyone else?

Hi! Welcome to perimenopause

procrastinationexpert · 22/04/2021 19:12

achy hips
bloating
feel constipated
feel warm
headache
backache
THE RAGE!
food cravings (meat, cheese)
not nausea. I get to enjoy that for 2 days when I come on, together with cramps and brain fog.

joys

Yes, plus absolute exhaustion.

I’m hoping it’s not perimenopause for me though, I’m only 29 and I’ve always felt like this.

Glad it’s not just me 🙈
Mines got worse over the last few years .

If it’s always been like this, you may have endometriosis
