Hi
If possible can I ask for some advice, I am a senior manager in the NHS ask for about 6 months I have been informing my line manager my workload is excessive and that I am collapsing under the pressure, the work issue is the workload is excessive my manger tried to refer me to HR gaslighting me trying to make me believe I had a different problem (bizarre behaviour) I did tell him recently two of my work also thought I was being bullied, I did contact HR and asked HR to facilitate am meeting him, HR did nor respond, at our last 1-1 he told me I was a delinquent, and I was childish. I said I would not continue the conversation and I was terminating the meeting, Here is where the bizarreness starts, he has now emailed me coping in a director saying I have made extremely serious allegations and he will take this up with HR, there will now be a formal investigation into me for making serious allegations against him, in our 1-1'sI don't know what he say, the man tells have truths, lies and spin, and he is convincing, he is highly intelligent, please advice what I should do.

Yours
Georgie

You have accused him of bullying and it is a serious allegation so that is true. As the allegation is against him he cant do anything but take it to HR who will investigate the claims.

You tell them your side of things when they ask. That is all you can do.
