What to call this job role

We have a vacancyfor our office, but we're not sure what title to give the job. We supply water treatmentproducts, and every customer on our database has to be contacted to remind them of any upcoming maintenance that is due. It involves making around 40/50 phone calls per day. There is also some invoicing involved, as well as route planning and diary keeping for the engineers. There is absolutely no cold calling and no sales involved, as all the people that are contacted are expecting us to call and know who we are

So far, we have listed it as - Sales Administrator and Customer Service Administrator
But neither of these seem quite right as the title. We were thinking maybe Admin Assistant, but there's not a huge amount of admin involved
