Please!

I've been so good for 3 weeks but I've only lost a measly 9lbs. I'm doing everything right (I could practically write a book) and eating to my TDEE calories and walking 10K steps a day but it's so SLOW and right now I just want to eat chocolate and order a pizza.

However I know I'll regret this in the morning so please help me stay strong. Just shout at me or something

Fuck sake, 9lb is loads in 3 weeks. It almost definitely took you longer to put on that 9lb.

Take out the energy ball and you'll have more space for real food you enjoy.

And, by definition, an energy ball is calorific.

9lb in 3 weeks is over 11 stone in a year! That’s awesome!
I tend to plateau for 10 days then lose 4lb in 2... keep it up another week and a half and see what happens.
