Already had s full roast dinner for 4 from it, and the photos are the leftovers.

That’s a good 4 meals, well if I was actually not too lazy to make soup from the bones Grin

I really am awful and that would go in the bin here. I have a weird issue with not keeping food for leftovers, apart from Xmas turkey.
It's terrible I really need to work on it, I get something in my head telling me to throw it.

Oh, go on. Make some stock. Grin All you have to do is stick the carcass in a pan of boiling water with a few herbs and leave it for a couple of hours. It's like cooking but with enough time to open a bottle of wine.

I stick the carcass in the slow cooker, I put it in a sc bag so when the stock is done I lift out the bag and 'stab' holes in it so I'm left with a binnable carcass and stock that is clear.

I usually make a French style onion soup with the stock.
