What is this??

This is a really random question and probably a waste of typing haha but I have a random white horizontal line on the inside of my index finger, it came up about 2 months ago and hasn't disappeared and no matter how much I google I can't find a cause? Anyone have any ideas?

Only info comes up re white lines across the nail . Is yours like this or is it on the soft fleshy pad of the finger tip?

Hard to get a good pic, you can see a bit of it on this but it goes the whole way across
