Socially distanced ‘party’ menu

Hello, we are thinking of having a gathering next month at around 3 pm.all adults so 🍷. What should I serve as snacks in a socially distanced way?

I was thinking of
fried rice in individual small pots
Black bean dip in individual small pots with tortilla chips
Mini quiches
Mini fresh rice paper spring rolls
Perhaps mini samosas or feta filo pastry
Middle Eastern stuffed flatbreads sliced into thin slices (we know someone who makes these) or small sandwiches?
Fruit salad in pots
Bite size various pastries
Macaroons
Do we need more meat based stuff?

Is it too eclectic???

People may be standing or sitting g in various spots in the garden, so we would like easy to eat yet interesting food.

Any suggestions on what to make and how to serve in a Covid safe way are most gratefully received

So, not a meal ?

People invited "for drinks" for an hour or two and clear it is just for an hour or so, so won't be expecting food ?

In which case I personally would just be getting posh crisps, and scatter them round lots of different coffee tables etc so people don't have to congregate together.

If you do want to do more, I'd do finger foods, again so people don't have to share servers or cut things up in case they are still nervous of this (you will know your own guests better than me, but I'm presuming some will be, as you are asking the question in reference to being socially distanced).
So, as you suggest - mini samosas - then other similar things - sausage rolls / vol-au-vents / Indian snack bites mixtures / (depending how 'posh' you want to go, anything that you might have as a 'canape' so people can pick up and eat with one hand.
I wouldn't do things like dips where you either do communal dipping or you need a plate and serving spoons etc. Or the rice you suggest.

Thanks @BackforGood

I think I’m the most nervous about Covid risk!

I’ve never liked communal dips and putting hands in communal bowls for crisps, nut and the like. So socially distanced Covid safe cocktails are up my alley.

We might move it to 5 pm and I am thinking of individual tapa style plates. Eg, if we have 6 people, then six individual plates with homemade flatbreads and a dip , six plates with a mini quiche and a small side of fruit salad etc. And posh crisps in small paper bags

And various table and chairs outside so people can sit and eat and mingle in relative safety.

Or we might get finger foods as you mentioned and keep it simple so people can easily have a bite without worrying about plates. Probably stay with 3 pm for that
