Hi ladies!
At least 2 - 3 times a week, I might get woken up during the night e.g. need to use loo, child wakes me up etc.
This ranges from 1 to 3am, however i cannot fall back asleep, I am wide awake, lots of thoughts running through my head. By 5am I begin to fall asleep, i am supposed to be awake around 7am, its almost an intoxicating type of sleep as I find it really hard to stay awake.
I work from home and as result of being disturbed I end up sleeping till around 8.30. I wake up feeling rubbish and feel like that throughout the day, which affects my productivity and every day life.
I suppose I could try and stay awake e.g. if I am woken at 3am, stay awake and not get to bed until the evening around 9pm.
Does anyone have any experience of this and how did you fix it ?
