How long can you eat chicken that's been defrosted?

I got the chicken breasts out of the freezer on Sunday night and put it in the fridge.

Ate two breasts yesterday.

Can I eat the other two tonight? They smell fine.

Yes, they'll be fine as long as they were in date before you froze them.

Depends how much date was on them in the first place I would say?

If there were two days still on the date when you froze them, you've got two days once defrosted.
