Card refund

I made an online purchase about two and half weeks ago. There was a problem with the order due to Brexit. The shop was waiting on supply. They were due supply in but it didn't happen and they didn't know when the supply will come in.

I asked for a refund because it made sense. I got an email to say my card has been refunded. I checked my account and it still didn't appear in my account. Should I give it another few more days ot what happens? I used revolut to pay.

It can take up to three days for it to return to your card as far as I know particularly if you and the shop have different banks

I work for a credit card company. Different shops have different refund timescales, often if you Google 'how long does a refund from X take' it will tell you when to expect it
