When DH got up this morning, he discovered a cute little robin flying around in the stairwell. He checked all of the windows and doors in the house and none were open. A couple were open during the day yesterday but were closed before going to bed.
So options are:
- it got in yesterday but was in hiding when we went up to bed/ closed the windows
- it got in in some other way, e.g. down the chimney? We have not been in our house for long and not yet used the fireplace
We did not find any bird poo.
Any thoughts?
Robin is fine btw - DH managed to get it out pretty easily, although it caused a moment of excitement for the dog.
