So I have a little girl, she is 18 months old, and I'm just a bit concerned about her behaviour, she is our first so we just unsure if it's normal for her age!

She is a very bright, she figures things out very fast, she talks, she has been walking since 9 months!

But, she obsesses about things, so right now it's her coat, hat and shoes, so yesterday we was playing in the garden and it was warm so wanted to take her coat off, as soon as I tried to, she threw a massive tantrum, for about 15 mins even when I left it on!
Today she was wet so needed to change her trousers so needed to take her shoes off, well she threw a 30 min tantrum, screaming, shaking, she is now asleep on the sofa, she has worn herself out, and nothing I tried could calm her down

She will scratch and bite me and my partner, she wont do this to anyone else, nursery havent said anything anyway!

Perfectly normal. She is just testing the boundaries and it is up to you to reinforce the good behaviours. She does this with you as her primary carers because she feels safe with you. It is her way of trying to make sense of the world. Often at that age they get frustrated as they do not have the language or emotional awareness to articulate their thoughts and feelings so it all comes out in their behaviour.
