I had a remote interview for a position a few weeks ago, and was asked back for the 2nd stage, which was a submission of a small piece of example work that was assessed blind by a panel of people.

I've now been invited for a 3rd interview (next week), and two people are driving in to the company's office in my local area so we can meet face to face. The position is mostly remote, so this face to face stage surprised me.

I feel cautiously optimistic that they are going to such effort to meet me. Please send me good luck vibes/woo/thoughts!
