People from Norwich

Hi.

I'm thinking of moving to Norwich in Autumn. My brother has lived there with his partner (around 6 years) and my nephew arrived last year. I've still not met him due to Covid.

I currently live in NE Scotland. I have no family here. I had thoughts of moving last year. Covid has made me more sure.

I have visited Norwich before and I really liked it as a place.
My plan would be to rent. I wondered if there are areas to look at and any areas to maybe stay away from.

Definitely look at areas such as cringleford, Eaton, trowse, then Thorpe st Andrew is nice ish and so is sprowston.

If you search the property topic for Norwich posts you'll find mine and others advice on this - but I'd say the golden triangle sounds like it would suit you as a single renter I presume? Eaton is nice too. Depends what amenities you want to be near. And where your brother lives? In reality, Norwich is pretty small though.
