Online spin class

Does anyone subscribe to a good online spin class? I haven’t used my spin bike in months and really want to make use of it. I tried YouTube but i haven’t found any good ones so maybe I need to pay for a decent class? Thanks

Les Mills have 3 x level of spin classes, all of which are really good - Sprint which is a HIIT, RPM which is standard spin and The Trip which is immersive in a digital world (I tend to turn off all the lights and use headphones!)

There's some good free ones on Global Cycle Network (GCN) on youtube. Look for the ones filmed in a Nuffield gym.
