Could polyp be cause of my miscarriages? do I remove polyp and try again naturally or IVF?

Im 39 - AMH low (4.8) and low folicle count. Hus sperm is fine.

Was told would prob need IVF when I got tests done with husband (before we ever started trying) just to see how likely we would be to have a child.

We tried naturally whilst having convos with docs to look into IVF and fell pregnant naturally first month we tried! i was amazed. BUT then miscarried at 5 weeks. The next month fell pregnant naturally again at 7 weeks and miscarried again.

Since then have found out I have a polyp - which could be the cause of miscarriage? getting this removed soon but unsure as to whether to embyo freeze asap and then try again naturally now that poly will be removed OR go straight in for IVF as time is an issue now (39 and low AMH) Any advice welcome!

Hi there

I'm in the same situation, I'm turning 39 in July, AMH just came back as 3.
Since we started TTC I've had 2 chemical pregnancies, I have a polyp and a fibroid. Doctors said fibroid is not a problem and I might have passed the polyp as it didn't show at last scan.

How have things gone for you? Did you go for IVF? I'm also wondering how much time I have to spend trying naturally or go with IVF straight away.

Hope all is well x
