Can I return online sports direct order to store at the moment?

I know they don't refund, but is it still possible to return stuff bought online for an exchange/credit note as normal? The website says to make returns by post, but then in some places it says that the stores are closed....

Does anyone have any very recent experience of this please?

I dont think they ever offered store returns for online purchases

I've returned on=line stuff several times pre-covid. They won't give a refund, but you can/could exchange or get a credit note. My finger is hovering over the basket, but I just need to know if it's still an option as the kids have grown so much I don't know what size they're in and I hate shopping in the best of times.

The stores are all still closed in scotland so maybe that's why it's saying that. You can still return by post if stores are shut

I don’t think you can return in store (they refused to let me even when they sent the wrong item). You can however get a refund if you buy online.

We’re in South Wales and on Monday last week we returned a bought online pair of trainers to a local Sports Direct shop - exchanged in turn for a credit note and a pair of trainers for our son that fit!

I've been assuming you can.

I've returned something to store ( purchased online ) no problem. This was back in the summer after the first lockdown.

I would call your local store and check first.
