What’s everyone doing this weekend?

Not a lot. Went to the gym yesterday and then basically just chilled for the day. Today I’ve done some laundry and lesson planning and plan to do some yoga and have a bath.

Ds (14) is still asleep. At some point there will be cooking.

Yesterday I did some work on a garden mural I am doing for somebody, came home and cooked tea and watched a movie with my 2 boys.
Today I am watching t.v with my 2 boys, perhaps some board games, making some mint jelly, pesto etc to jar and put in the fridge and then cooking us all a meal, baths and an early night ready for school and homeschooling tomorrow.

Went for a lovely long walk yesterday (I know a walk but it was a new one and sunny) with a friend ended up in pretty market town had lunch walked back. Later Watched a film with youngest DD and DH.
Today food shopping and dropped in on a friend for a drink in her garden with eldest DD.
Now just Sunday jobs washing, making sure DD’s have stuff ready for school.

We sat in the park yesterday with a Costa and some chippy chips. It was lovely in the sun and not horrifically busy.

Today I've done some washing, and spent far too long on here 😂

Yesterday kids did dance lessons and then went to their dads . I went for a cup of tea in friends garden and picked up balloons for eldest daughters birthday . Today I’ve mown the lawn and been into town with kids to get new school shoes and trainers as their feet have grown .

Park followed by a treat from the village bakery yesterday.

Today I had my 2nd covid jab at 7am, we went to a different park, made lunch for the kids, made their packed lunches for school as we are still on a stupid restricted covid menu which they hate. I had to wash and cornrow DD's hair and still need to wash and braid the others hair ready for school tomorrow. Then I'll make dinner listen to the girls read their books, make sure everything is ready for school tomorrow.

Went for a walk yesterday morning with DP & a friend. Watched the FA Cup. Swam last night.

DD has gone back to Uni this afternoon, I’m going for another swim later.

My friend who is also my cleaner came yesterday and cleaned then we sat and watched the funeral and had a catch up.
Today I’ve been shopping in the local town and bought some summer clothes and sandals. It actually felt nice to do something vaguely normal. Now I’m going to binge watch some more real housewives of Beverly Hills

We did loads! Crazy golf, swimming, visited a farm and went for lunch to the pub. Feels so lovely to be able to do all the things the kids love again (and a pub visit for us!)

Yesterday we met some friends for a picnic and played crazy golf. Today we went shopping, I bought some new shoes for work and a new cap for DS. Sitting in the garden now having a drink.

Shopping centre, primark 11.05..queued about 15 mins.
Not much that I liked but got DD a few bits as she's grown
Tk max and jd sports were heaving.
Got a table in spoons but app failed so left without anything
Tried another spoons but it was swarming
Tried local green King... No booking no table
Went home, finished bbq chicken and chilling in my lovely garden
Annoyingly the burgundy slip on trainers are bloody huge so have to go back 🙄
I'm a 6...their 6 is huge.
Trouble with busier weekends, they go too quick.

Yesterday walked into town, got new shoes for the DC and we had a drink sat outside Starbucks. Popped in to see a friend on the way back and sat in the garden with some Pimm's, it was lovely to catch up.

Today we've been food shopping, then took the DC for an ice cream and a bike ride. Fajitas for dinner, friends may pop over after DC are in bed but not definite.

Haircut!

Cleaning the house, kids are washing the car. Tesco delivery arrived.

Went for a swim then sat in the spa pool. Very relaxing.

Will make nachos for dinner then watch Line of Duty tonight.

I've hurt my back so not much.

I did make it to watch ds2 rugby training this morning and had a drink outside the clubhouse afterwards which was lovely, but I'm suffering for it now so on the sofa with tea watching line of duty (rewatching the old ones to spot links with series 6)

Dcs are both out with friends. It will be roast chicken, homework and getting ready for school when they get back.

Cleared my loft out today and got a massive pile ready for the tip or selling. Then I fell 10 foot drop out of the loft and think I've fractured my ankle. Waiting for dh to come home it was sprained prior to the fall so it's not looking good. I also banged my tit and knee in the fall.

Sold something on ebay for £800 that I found in the loft so I'm happy.

Just back from a much needed 2 night camping trip ! Had copious amounts of alcohol and crap food but was great to get back out there

We've been out for the first time since October in our van. We went on Thursday night and came back this morning. We've all had an amazing time. The kids have seen their friends and played and had fun like normal kids. The dogs were all off frolicking and getting the kids to chuck balls for them all weekend and the adults had plenty of drinks and conversations and catching up! I can't wait until next weekend when we do it all again!

Work on Sat morning, then spent some time in my garden, very nice.
Went shopping this morning, then repainted my outhouse,.and cooked roast chicken dinner, eldest.has gone out, just me and my 15 yr old, nice peaceful evening .
