Help! I need to go to bed earlier!

If you have struggled to make yourself go to bed and have now cracked it, please tell me what you did.

I am a functioning adult in most ways but I do not get enough sleep - it’s makes life harder, and it is making it tougher to achieve things I really want to.

I know it’s partly habit, and partly that I don’t get much downtime so I enjoy a late night potter...

Tips, tricks, thoughts - please gimme THANK YOU

Set an alarm for 15 minutes before you want to go to bed. Then get ready and go to bed. No phone in your room. Read or listen to some relaxing music or sleep stories. Feel your body relax and enjoy the cosiness and peace. I usually go to bed around 10, a bit later at the weekends. Love to be snuggled up and that feeling of drifting away.
