Old Handwriting Help!

Hey

I am doing the family tree and I have finally found some information regarding my great grandmother. The picture attached is from her wedding certificate (she was called Elizabeth but wedding was done under Lizzie)
The name is either her father or mother. I know the surname Thomson and I am sure the first letter of first name is S and the last is N.
Any ideas?! It's so hard to decipher!

Thank you! Susan makes sense as the first born of my generation is called Susan.

Let's see if I can find some information on her now.
