Trying not to sound snipy, but I genuinely don't understand this. Lots of people say they can't think what to cook but how?

I have a list of literally hundreds of different things I want to eat. I could make something different three times a day for the rest of the year and I wouldn't run out of ideas.

Sometimes I think life would be a lot easier if I could stick to roast on Sunday, use leftovers on Monday, sausages on Tuesday, pasta on Wednesday, stir fry on Thursday, fish on Friday, stew on Saturday.

There's endless ideas on the internet, adverts, recipe books etc etc, so what's stopping you? Can you really not think what to cook, or is it more a case of 'I could make X but they won't eat it' or 'I could make Y but it takes too long on a weekday' etc etc?

In our house I try and do:
Pasta
Rice dish
Homemade takeaway dish
Meat and vege dish
Fish dish
Chicken dish
Vegetarian meal
Over the course of the week.

Maybe start by coming up with a couple of options under each of those categories that you would like to try
