Hi,
Has anyone progressed a claim against the NHS in the last few years and dealt with by NHS Resolution?

My Jain question is.. does NHS Resolution use external solicitors or respond itself?

Main -... wtf is Jain

Used PALs and they were excellent.
Mine wasn’t a claim, just very unhappy about my management (or rather lack of it) by a consultant.

Different in my case - I’ve been through the complaints process, to the police etc (it’s a criminal matter) and have been through hell for two years now. Hence the claim..
