Garbage pail kids- from 80’s/90’s does anyone remember collected these

Reminiscing with my dsis.
Our mum was ridiculously strict but for some reason we were allowed to collect these bloody awful cards.
Just had a quick look and wow so much worse than I thought they were - they are sick! I don’t think my mum could have realised how bad they were as I had quite the collection at 8 😮

Yes! I remember them.
Me and my friend were obsessed with them. We would take them to school and swap them with our friends.
It was a huge craze in my 1980’s primary school.

I wasn’t allowed them but my cousins fridge was full of them. It kept me busy for hours! Grin they looked like cabbage patch kids from the wrong side of the tracks.

Yes! We loved them!

I still remember the smell when you opened the packet.
I also found them a bit scary.
My big brother collected them and I got the care bear stickers for my collection.
