Just that really....someone inspire me please! Tonight already feels like one of those nights I may die of boredom. I'm not working atm (sort of half arsed job hunting) and my kids are in school during the day so I don't even really have that 'Friday feeling'. I have the tea to make soon and that may be the highlight of my night

Glass or 2 of wine and watch my football team lose on the telly .

Going to have some wine and read, DH will watch football, dd is playing dress up

Not much. Ds has cricket so dh will take him. I’ll get the stuff ready for football and dance tomorrow and we’ll probably have a chi takeaway later.

Driving to get dd after she has a date on the local Heath with her boyfriend. She's 17 and they have only ever met outside.

Playing kids taxi until 9:30pm when all I actually want to do is put my pjs on and have in bed now!

Waiting for DH to come home and then we are going out on a bike ride.
Early night as we are up early tomorrow to head to the mountains. Can't wait!!

Watching Line of Duty on catch up and knitting a pair of slippers. It's going to be a wild ride.

Just had my hair done and looking forward to getting home and into my pyjamas!
We are ordering take out, DDs have already been fed by DH so we will have it when they’re in bed. Rare for us to have take out alone but kind of looking forward to relaxing and watching a film.

Went to our local for one drink to say hello to mates but it was bloody cold
Now cooking chicken with lemon and mushrooms, to have with rice (diet)
Then Netflix.

Taking a walk to the cash point as im getting a hair cut tomorrow and they don't take card

After that my plan is: bath, sit, tv, eat, bed

The weather is nice here, so I am going to make a summery pasta dish for the first time in months. Baby shrimp, fresh tomatoes, parmesan, garlic, fresh basil, olive oil, a few pepper flakes, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Salt and fresh ground pepper. Cook spaghetti and stir in. Lovely and fresh tasting.

Then probably Grey's Anatomy on TV.

Driving down to the beach, buying fish and chips and eating them while admiring the view.

Football on in 30 mins, hopefully we won't lose! Chippies from the chip shop and prolly re runs of Line of Duty!

@SpeckledyHen @queenofthenorthwest I was planning on having an alcohol free night but I am extremely tempted to have a glass of wine now!
@notacooldad I'm very jealous, I haven't been able to go to the mountains since October (COVID, weather, kids etc) but I'm planning on heading to the Lake District the first weekend in may once we are allowed to travel from Scotland to England

Burgers, a glass of wine maybe (I'm trying to diet but it's been a looonnng week) and a film. Both dcs are in for a change so hopefully they might grace us with their presence to watch something together, but ds15 is waiting for the PS4 to update so that might be a wish too far.

Going to have a bath and may order a sweet&sour prawns, rice and chips.
Later I'll catch up on some woo tv shows.

Going to the PUB with our neighbours of 8 months that were only just allowed to socialise with!! I can’t tell you how excited I am!

It’s my night off so I’ve ordered an Indian takeaway and going to catch up on all my reality tv either below deck or real housewives. Bliss!

I am the other way around. I can't wait to get back to Scotland!
I'm really hoping to get to the Cairngorms in May.
I managed to get a week in Dumfries in October and a week in the Trossachs and surrounding area in September. Fingers crossed I can come back soon.

Its the lake District for us tomorrow!

I am going out for dinner INSIDE a lovely plush restaurant.

That's in my febrile imagination.

In reality I am making squid and roast poatoes for dinner, watching TV and trying not to drink too much wine.

5 min walk to the beach with husband and dog. Drinking a beer on the beach. Then home to graze on chocolate and watch TV.

Got away in our caravan at last, so have just had bbq steak with salad, and taken a walk around the local footpath with the dogs. Now chilling at the van with a glass of white wine.
