Emailing an office

There's a lot of people working from home now. I need to find a solicitor. I emailed a solicitors office with an initial query. I presume solicitors are working from home. Will there be any email forwarding system set up or what way does it work? Will I be waiting a few days for a response.

They'll be able to check the emails from home, so it shouldn't make any difference to the response time.
