10,000 steps post ET

Post ET I couldn’t sit still in house and went for walk post days. Just realised I been walking 10,000 steps now worried :(

I usually quite active 10k runs but since ivf only been walking. Didn’t realise been walking 10,000 steps a day 😳 Anyone been active post ET? I had cramps day 1 but only back pain day 3/4. Nothing now day 5. Don’t want to test early coz if don’t test there is hope but I worried I killed my chance by walking too much 😭😭😭 anyone else done this.

10,000 steps is pretty much like a normal level of walking around the house with a bit of time outside for fresh air. I wouldn't be at all worried about that. I didn't have IVF, but I was still running and doing spinning classes up til 4 months.

Sadly I got a BFN and so upset.
I think next time rest for 48 hours after ET then carry on as normal :(
