Raising the importance of early cancer diagnosis in young adults.

I honestly never thought I would be writing this. In the last five months, my life has turned upside down. My darling daughter was diagnosed, far too late, with a cancer that had spread throughout her body. She lost her life just 3 weeks later. She was 27 and had everything to live for. Devastatingly, I have since learnt that late cancer diagnosis in young adults, especially women, is not uncommon. I am trying to change this. I created a petition which has raised 55,000 signatures. Please consider signing and sharing it. Thank you.

Very sorry for your loss, this is absolutely heartbreaking. It’s so difficult with young people and unusual cancers that have vague symptoms that can be attributable to anything

I am so, so sorry for your loss.
I've signed the petition. You are right, there are far too many young women having the signs of cancer ignored and their health put at risk.
