Best online store for new baby gift

Want to send my sister something really special for her first baby, due this week.

Money isn’t really any object (within reason!) - any recommendations for ideally online stores that will sell something really special?

I don’t have children myself yet and so I’m a little clueless so please excuse the rather basic question.

Money is no object baby gift ideas:

Tripp Trapp high chair with accessories
Baby Bjorn Balance bouncer chair
(we were gifted both of the above and they are excellent quality and used multiple times a day for a long time)
Merino wool sleeping bag
Expensive wooden toys like Grimm's rainbow, Triclimb or wobbel board

As for websites... I like Kidly. I also just decide what I want and then Google it for the best price.

Also consider giving your sister a present too!

Voucher for postnatal massage (if they can go to her house to do it, all the better)
Good quality dressing gown (I prefer 100% cotton to the fleecy polyester ones - less sweaty!)
Subscription for some kind of treat like tea, coffee, chocolate, brownies - whatever she's into

I came to say the same as previous poster- a trip trap chair with the newborn insert.

Grimm's rainbows are my go-to gift for 1st birthdays. :)

Oh my god, I've seen some right shite on here over the years but this just takes the biscuit! Is it real?! Surely not!

The Tripp Trapp looks great.

Not sure if DSis would think I was winding her up with the babble-lullaby!!! I think it’s probably one of those things that only a parent would buy themselves. Mind you I suppose it’s not all that different to those footprint things (those are not for me either....but as I mentioned I’m not a parent yet so maybe just don’t ‘get’ it!)

I’m sure they’re going to get a lot of gifts so I think I’ll go for something practical as well as something sentimental

Love the idea of getting a little something for her too

Yep that's a good note from namechange - when my friend was having her first baby, I bought her a pot of nice lotion from lush, some chocolate and a bag of nice coffee 😀

Also if she's breastfeeding, my friend bought me a massive box of lanisoh breast pads and some hobnobs (oats are said to help with milk supply, but really I was just consuming hundreds of biscuits) and both were super appreciated
