Fresh Egg Noodles Use By Date

I was going to do a stir fry tonight but don’t feel very well so planning to do it tomorrow. Use by date for the fresh egg noodles is today. Am I ok to serve them tomorrow?

I would. If it makes you anxious you could always freeze them? They freeze well.
