Anyone found Why Men Love Bitches to work?

I stated taking the approach in the book on the basis that I delve head first into relationships and lose myself.

I’ve been dating a lovely man the last few months and started to put a few things into practice such as less contact initiated from me, not being detailed all the time about what I’m doing and what’s happening, not being available constantly (I am awful for that despite actually having a busy life).

Has anyone found this has helped them have success down the line? I guess I worry it’s a false set up but also I can see that it is a way to help women with low self esteem, like me in relationships, to stay level headed...

Sorry should have added that as soon as I did this the change in his approach was bold as anything...more texts, more chatty, etc. Not so much as game but I had given him the space to do that for a change.

I’m wouldn’t identify myself as a bitch or game playing but what you describe is how I naturally am at the start of a relationship.

I genuinely can’t understand why you would want to Make yourself always available.

What an awful title!

But beyond that, it's just the concept of scarcity isn't it? As in the less of something that perceived to be available, the more people value it and want it. A bit like the diamond market - the big houses hold back the volume of stones reaching the market to keep them scarce and desirable.

There - the diamond principle, a much better title!

Yes suppose that is the concept really!

When reading it I was actually embarrassed at the running around I would do for men with cooking, tidying, being very proper etc etc
