Legal Fees getting divorced

Hi, just wondering if anybody with experience could advise me.

When getting divorced do the legal fees incurred get added to the pot in the divorce settlement? Or do each party have to bear the cost as best they can even if one has funds (family paying) and the other didn't?

You can do it either way I think. Depends what you can agree. If no agreement then presumably pay your own way.
