Sausage and mash with broccoli.

Keralan chicken curry with spinach dahl, coconut rice and chopped green and mango salad.

Yesterday:

B - grapes
L - mushrooms on toast and a latte
D - sausage, butternut squash and kale pasta
S - a creme egg

Today

B - nothing
L - cheese and onion toastie and a latte
S - two leftover roast potatoes from the roast we had on Monday.
D - will be tandoori fish, rice and roasted vegetables.

I've been sticking to 1400 calories for a few weeks but occasionally I like to eat more (I pretend it's to keep my metabolism on its toe but really its cos I'm a greedy bastard)...today was/is one of those days:

Breakfast: 2 x chocolate pop tarts
Lunch: Big mac, medium fries and a sprite
Snack: 1 x choco leibniz biscuit
Dinner: Shredded duck taco with cucumber, spring onion and hoi sin sauce

BAD. AND WRONG.

Greggs vegan steak bake bake and one of their glazed ring donuts which are accidentally vegan
Tofu and kale “shakshuka” and a metric fucktonne of sourdough

Gin

Thank god my metabolism hasn’t slowed in the last 15 years Blush

S: Apple
L: Salad with cous cous, halloumi and houmous followed by a fat free yoghurt.
S: chicken pieces
D: vegetable curry
3 x coffee with milk. Lots water.

Green salad, goat cheese, dark rye bread
Tea and two shortbread biscuits
Trout fillet, Jersey Royal potatoes, broccoli, green salad. Two oatcakes with Roquefort. Half a baked apple with vanilla ice cream. Black coffee

L: Veg curry, greek yogurt with chopped banana, apple, sprinkle of muesli and honey
S: sugar snap peas and reduced fat houmous
D: small bowl leek and potato soup.

2 black coffees
L- out, black coffee and a small all day breakfast, bacon, mushrooms, scrambled egg and beans.
D- will be meatballs either with rice or pasta, haven’t decided yet.

Half glass white wine
Bowl of bran flakes with banana and semi skimmed milk
3 dark chocolate rice cakes
2 teas
1 coffee

Today was
Granola with banana, raspberries and yogurt, toast and Marmite, black coffee
Another black coffee, a crumpet
Spinach and rice soup, ciabatta, bits of cheese, half an apple
Tea and a ginger nut
Alsatian onion tart, spinach, green beans. Crackers and cheese. Black coffee and a square of dark chocolate
