A few gins and a glass of wine

Breakfast: 2 slices brown toast with butter and marmite

Lunch- cheese and red onion chutney toasted sandwich

Snack- prawn cocktail quavers, an apple

Dinner- homemade 5 bean chilli, jacket potato, little bit of salad

Snack- 2 crumpets with butter and marmite, black jacks ice lolly

Cream scone & blueberries

Couple of spoons cheesecake. Pinch of trail mix.

Glass white wine.

Vitamin pills. Black coffee.

Breakfast - Pepper and feta frittata with tomato, avo and half a pitta. Banana and pineapple. A cappuccino.
Snack - Strawberries and raspberries.
Lunch - Jerk chicken, rice and peas, chopped green salad.
Snack - Apple and cheese.
Dinner - Sausage and mash with roast shallots, mushrooms and brocolli. Half a pot of natural yoghurt. Will eat 2 easy peels and a cup of ginger tea later.

Porridge, peanut butter on sandwich/12 grain bread, cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 burger, mashed spuds, carrots, brocoli & a slice of cake. Few teas, water.

As it's 7am I'll go by yesterday (not eaten yet today!)

Breakfast -
Small bowl of muesli, half a banana, skimmed milk

Morning snacks - 2 plums, handful of nuts, couple pieces of roast chicken breast

Lunch -
Toast with cheese and baked beans

Afternoon snack -
2 more plums

Dinner -
Homemade quorn spaghetti bolognese

Evening -
One piece of lindt dark chocolate :)

Cheese and onion pastie with baked beans for lunch.

White coffee.

Sausage tray bake (sausages, potatoes, red onion, peppers, garlic and tomatoes) with tenderstem broccoli for dinner.

Nearly half a bottle of white wine.
