Yesterday L- chicken salad and fruit salad from M&S as we were out.
Snack- crisps and wine
D- cheeses on toast.

Brunch: stem broccoli, courgette and 2 fried eggs.
Dinner: rice, indian curry and greek salad.
Snacks: dried fruit and 2 brazil nuts.

Salt and Vinegar Rice Cake at 11.00

Lunch: Carrot and Coriander soup and 4 Ryvitas
Banana

Dinner (early) 2 grilled butcher sausages, round of toast with beans and fried egg.

Supper (just now) Slice of home made bread and blackcurrant jam.

Tea. Overnight oats made with almond milk, and strawberries and almond butter.

Skinny latte.

Half a Vietnamese mango salad. Spring roll.

Half a Gousto halloumi spinach tomato and couscous dinner thing.

Brownie and ice cream.

Two bottled beers.

Lots of water.

1800 calories. I feel bad about the brownie and ice cream. 470 calories I didn't need.

Tea. Boiled egg. Peanut bounce ball.

Other half portion of last night's Gousto halloumi spinach tomato couscous thing.
Home made mocha.

One portion of orange/carrot Innocent fruit smoothie.

For dinner it'll be a Gousto sweet potato and goat cheese salad.

Total 1020 calories.

May or may not add to that with a beer and/or watermelon and/or pineapple.

Not a good day today.

Half a tin of beans on one slice of white toast with butter.
Chicken salad sandwich and half a packet of crisps.
Two lotus cream biscuits.

Some strawberries and grapes.

Three black coffees.
One big tea.
Squash x 2 glasses
