I'm currently emptying kitchen and sorting for a refit.
And determined to use up what we can Prior to having to box everything up.
However there was many items that we just don't use. But for some reason I still buy.!. This is now bagged again for food bank as in date.

We always have

Beans.
Tin Tom's plum and chopped
Pasta
Rice
Paella rice
Jars of sauces.. Bolognese etc (yes I know they're not brill but handy for quick dinners)
Stock cubes etc

We never use things like mac cheese. Ravioli etc but for some reason I 'have' to keep 1 of each just incase. Apart from dh no one would eat it anyway.

It's all very boring and I think I'm in a bit of a rut with meals and just boring cupboards.

Give me inspiration. I'm writing a list for the 'after fitting' grocery shop.

Pasta, rice, risotto rice, tinned chopped tomatoes, stock cubes, baked beans, a variety of herbs and spices, tinned kidney beans, dried lentils.
These are the things I tried to make sure we had when the supermarket shelves were emptying last Feb/ March along with soya milk, frozen veg, onions, garlic. I reckoned I could make quite a few meals out of that without further shopping if necessary (DH is vegan so most of our dinners are vegan).
