really nervous about my probation meeting

I have my probation meeting today and I'm really nervous. I hate my job - well not the actual job, the team - the management. My last meeting was quite negative and very nit picky. It was pretty crap and I'm expecting more of the same today. I've had lots of these meetings in every job I've had and they've been great - really great feedback , constructive criticism and an opportunity to feedback to them too but this one was just a let's just rip you to pieces! 😂

I know the more nervous I become Ill just sit there and not say anything!

Are you allowed to ask for support or training in those meetings

If it’s any consolation, I’ve had customers ripping me a new arsehole everyday for a month now, so I hate my job too 😭

I can have someone in with me but don't really want anyone there tbh. Just want it to be over with and hopefully won't need to do these again. They wanted to do one every 4 weeks which was a bit overkill!

SassenachWitch why are customers so awful at times?! I am serious thinking of just handing in my notice. I don't like it at all and the worst thing is I left a nice job for this thinking this would be good for experience and a bit of a pay rise. Omg so not worth it. 😩

@wewoo I don’t mind taking a bollocking when it’s my cock up, but I can’t get their order out any faster. Wouldn’t mind but I’m not even in a sales role 🙄

I’m trying to pluck up the courage to leave my job too, it’s just not worth the stress is it.

Do you reckon all things considered you'll pass it? Because if so - and you see this is just the culture of the place you work then you could start to see what else is on the market knowing at least you've passed probation at this place already. It all depends on what you want to do going forward?

Well that was fun! Not.
Apparently this want even the final review- will be having another one and that will be the final one.
It was crap. Not as bad as I had thought but still crap. I came away feeling a bit defaulted and think this has definitely confirmed to me that I need to start looking elsewhere.
