Rash/dry patches

Hi everyone,

I've been googling since last November what this could be on my 6 yr old face, it started as one on the left side when she started her new school and over the last couple months have spread all over face and ears.
Very dry patches (no itchy or irritation)
They go really red and inflamed once played outside. But still no itching.
Go a scaly white/yellow after baths.

Of course we have been seen by doctors and have had many Creams thrown at us
Dermal, Anti fungal ect. But nothing works just makes them spread more ( only over face and ears ) and no there not contagious as my other children haven't caught them or me.

I even rang 111 but they said it wasn't an emergency and we should keep trying the doctors. So worried something is being missed and I haven't done enough.

If anyone could help would be grateful

Jade x

Try something like Shea butter on the dry patches. It’s super moisturising.

Sudocrem is also very good at healing
