What to buy friend for birthday

Good friend/work colleague. Birthday coming up. Trying to think of something a bit different to buy her. She’s been really good to me and helped me secure a promotion so want something nice but not the normal sorts of stuff!
So looking for ideas of things people might like.

What sort of budget?

Cheese hamper, or subscription to a cheese delivery service.
Lemon or lime tree if she has a conservatory, or somewhere warm to keep it.
Kitchen Aid pan, if she is a cook.
Bird table.
Afternoon Tea for you and her at the Ritz, or somewhere similar.

I would love all of those.
