Stow in the Wold - Where to Eat?

I know it's a long way off but my DSis and I are taking my 81 year old mum on a 5 day break to the Cotswolds at the beginning of September. I have a feeling that restaurants etc will get booked really quickly due to the fact so many of us will be staying in this country so I want to make some bookings in advance.

Does anyone know of any nice restaurants/pubs in the Stow on Wold area (we will have a car so happy to drive if necessary). Also any suggestions of where we could visit? My DM can't walk too far now due to an arthritic knee but she is beyond excited to be going away for the first time in four years due to some health issues and we are really excited to be able to take her!

We stayed at the Old Stocks Inn last year and really loved it. We ate there both nights that we stayed as we didn’t know what places would be like with restrictions and the food was lovely. It’s on the main square too so not much walking from the public car park.

Thank you @InTheNightWeWillWish We have booked a lovely cottage just off the main market square so that sounds perfect! Thank you so much!
