Going from 200mg to 100mg sertraline

Hi! I started 200mg of sertraline last weekend after slowly working up. I went from 100-200.

I feel AWFUL. I am breathless, weak, tired and irritable. I felt so much better on the 100. I want to go back down. Do I just start taking 100mg again instead? Or do I have to go 150 then 100?

I just want to feel normal 😭

I'm on 200mg and If I was reducing I would most definitely go down to 150 first. Might be worth speaking to your GP though.

Thank you, I will do but I can’t take feeling like this anymore 😭 I feel so weak and out of it.

I've felt like that at times.. It does pass but try not to reduce to quickly as it can make you feel worse.
