Has anyone applied for a Lawful Development Certificate for a Vehicle Crossover application? Doing my head in!

It's driving me crazy and there doesn't seem to be anyone to ask. Neighbours who have done this seem to have forgotten every step of the procedure. . I only want to park in my front garden! 😩
