I've seen these two together are raved about by a lot of people so I'm hoping you can help me.

I thought I'd get fit for my wedding and be in the best shape of my life, but 3 months until the wedding and I haven't even tried.
I have 1 stone to lose.

I'm starting today. I will eat between 12-8pm.

What are keto meal ideas? I am about to do an asda shop so any recommendations or tips will be greatly appreciated?

Will I ever be able to eat sushi again? :(

A stone? Easy, you've got plenty of time. Cut the carbs and you're halfway there. You can do this, just set a date and go for it!

I went protein only back in 2011, lost 3 stone in three months. Ten years in I've put back a stone but I'm now 48yo and have been eating poorly (to many carbs) through lockdown. I loosely based it on Dukan.

Partner has been doing keto since Christmas, has lost nearly 2 stone. Diet is less restrictive and looks more varied than mine was.

@Damnloginpopup what sort of meals does your DP eat? I need inspiration or I'm worried I'll be eating meat + salad every meal.

Apologies, I didn't answer your question! Partner has been eating a lot of green veggies, eggs, lean meat, cooking with ghee, and cut out normal tea and coffee, milk and snacking.

Spinach, asparagus, tenderstem broccoli, lettuce, cucumber, steak, chicken, smoked salmon, biltong, salami and other similar sausages, pork scratchings / pork crunch, nuts, lots of water - very lightly flavoured. We don't live together so I'm not 100% sure what else. Bought a 1 month kit of prepared food initially but realised how easily it could be done without. Previously ate rubbish, didn't cook from scratch except rarely, and scoffed chocolate and cake a lot.

thank you @Damnloginpopup! Well done to you both on your determination!

No worries - now go have a massive burger without the bun 😁
