Electric vegetable chopper/slicer

Is there an easy to use/clean gadget that you use regularly for prepping vegetables and hasn't ended up confined to the bottom of the sink cupboard because you can't be arsed dealing with all the parts?

A knife?

I have a manual chopper like this and I use the dicer function regularly when I need a large amount of small diced veg. It saves a lot of time and is quite easy to clean. I got rid of the electrical food processor because it takes up far too much space and is far too much hassle to use.

I have a really basic mandolin which I got from a cheap hardware shop ages ago. It will give you really neat slices/ dices / ribbons.

It's far quicker than a knife, and compact to store. Bloody love it.
