What have you eaten today - calorie deficit style

Breakfast: 2 cuppas

Dinner: baked beans, 2 eggs, mushrooms, spinach

Tea: homemade spaghetti bolognaise with salad and garlic bread

Snacks: an orange

calorie deficit style? MFP says I’ve eaten 1369 calories. Fitbit says I’ve burned 1954. Had a pretty sedentary day but cancelled out by relatively low cal intake day for me.

Brunch - 3 rounds of scrambled egg and beans on toast
Snacks - 3 Cadbury’s Hero’s
Dinner - Steak, Chips, Peas, Petit Pain
Drinks - 2 Cuos of tea with milk, water, 1 glass of wine.

I don't want to think about it.
Breakfast, Toast n Banana, tea.

Lunch, McDonald's chicken sandwich meal
A packet of hula hoops, 2 jammie Dodgers, Percy pigs
Dinner, Fish Supper, Ice cream, hot chocolate cake.
A packet cheese n onion square crisps. Cola bottles and strawberry mushrooms.

Lunch : leek and potato soup with granary bread and butter
Packet of Worcestershire sauce crisps
Carrot cake

Four party rings

Dinner : roasted cauliflower and red pepper refried bean enchiladas with salad and guacamole (this was really nice)
Glass of wine

Five cream crackers with houmous
One cream cracker with cracked black pepper cream cheese

Deficit? Probably not.

Bacon sandwich and brown sauce.
Lunch: roast veg, peas sweetcorn and chicken and one small potato.
Tea: cheese and biscuits. (4 digestives and about 6 ounces cheese)
Two coffees with milk,
One mug of whole milk
One mug orange juice.
One small chocolate egg.

L: bean and tofu chilli with salad and bit of cheese

S: couple of chocolate eggs

D: wholewheat spaghetti and brocolli pesto with mozerella

B: 1 Turkey sausage, boiled egg, avocado, spinach, mushrooms

L: roasted broccoli and sprouts with lemon dressing, crispy chickpeas and roasted garlic yoghurt

D: laab gai, extra salad, Thai crackers

S: protein yoghurt with meringue and blueberries, Pepsi Max cherry

1452kcal or thereabouts.

B - 2 coffees and an orange
D - 3 rice cakes with tuna, sweetcorn and mayo (weird, wouldn't have again)
D - chicken cooked in mustard, garlic and ginger. Small portion of potato salad. Massive salad

Snacks - cream slice and some low calorie popcorn

B: 2 eggs, scrambled (no butter/milk). Slice of brown toast.

L: pea and mint soup

D: pork roast

Snacks: slice of cake, glass of wine, small chocolate bunny.

Total calories around 1650, but 30 min HIIT workout and 10k steps, so balanced out I think.

Breakfast decaff coffee with skimmed milk

Lunch leek and potato soup (Slimming world recipe) with 4 rounds of dry nimble bread.

Dinner large salad plate with a bit of low fat humous and a fillet of salmon

Snacks, more coffees, 150g pack of cooked king prawns, some lovely vegan and dairy free raspberry ice cream from tesco that has turned out to be fairly low cal and scrumptious.

Mfp says less than my 1360 cal allowance, but I didn't tell it about the few mouthfuls of sausage and mash I finished off my dd's plate Grin

B: Laab gai in bao buns with beansprouts, pickled carrots & cucumber, sriracha

L: Tuna mixed with greek yoghurt, mustard and avocado, pepper salad, croutons

D: Fillet steak with smoked garlic butter, charred green beans, roasted onions, spinach salad

16057 steps. It's my day off so longish school run walk then a mooch along the coast

Very few steps as sat at laptop all day. Will do better!

B - coffee
L - costa skinny latte and tuna melt, half pack crisps
D- spaghetti bol
S - 4 salt and pepper crackers
Lots of herbal tea.

About 1240 cals.

Used all of my calories on 1 meal today.. worth it!

Creamy mushroom pasta, fillet steak, green beans and a spinach salad. Protein yoghurt and meringue for dessert. 1456cal

B: Omelette with mushrooms, bacon, peas and cheese. Hashbrown waffle.

Lunch: Cottage cheese & pineapple, salami crisps, roasted sweet potato

Dinner: M&S ready meal - Eat well aromatic coconut chicken curry. It was quite nice!
