Snug sofa

Has anyone got a snug sofa? I love how they look on the website but don't know anyone with one? The reviews on trust pilot are pretty varied.

If you have one would you recommend?

Absolutely not. They’re sofa was faulty and customer service dreadful, situation still not sorted months after it was ordered

I absolutely love ours. Not the cheapest but so comfy and looks very stylish
