Has anyone else got a "serial inviter" on their Facebook?

Someone I work with keeps inviting me to join various fb groups and pages and its getting on my tits.

A couple have been for MLM bots (not even going to waste my breath explaining why I'm not interested in those) and the others vary from small local one woman businesses in areas I'm not interested in, to massive worldwide interest pages eg. 80s music.

FFS stop inviting me to join. If I'm interested then I'll find it by myself.

I don't need 6 posts a day from one of numerous Body Shop at Home huns with a reminder each time that I've been invited to join.

Yes. In the end I unfriended her.

AfterSchoolWorry · 09/04/2021 22:43

Block her!

Bit difficult when we work together.

She's ok otherwise.

Isn’t there a way to block invites from a particular person? I had one who kept sending me invites to pta events at her kids school, 15 miles away. I did something so I don’t see them any more

Yep. Deleted her.
Not sure how many ways I could tell her I didn’t want to join her shitty raffle page but I think she probably got the message when I blocked her.

It turns out there is. This page tells you how to do it. www.facebook.com/help/211763458854062

Ooh thank you, I'll have a look to see if I can do that without it causing any awkwardness (don't want an atmosphere at work).
