How long has it been a problem?

In my case (don't want to worry you) it was a very early pregnancy sign, that I wasn't expecting, especially overnight.

When it happens me it usually means a sinus infection somewhere. I'd use a saline nasal spray twice a day and maybe start on Beconase for a few weeks. Do you have any other symptoms?

Have you been doing regular lft tests? I had this after doing a few and it's stopped in the 3 weeks since my last one. Figured I'd been irritating the inside of my nose with the swab.
