Constant stomach ache when at work - think it's anxiety

Every day I am at work I get a stomach ache and feel very bloated. I'm fine on my days off so I suspect it's anxiety-related. The only other thing is at work I tend to go longer without eating and drinking (usually 6ish hours).

It's a new job but I feel pretty happy there overall. However the stomach aches are making me anxious. I start worrying on Sunday about what I'm eating in case it triggers a stomach ache, I have started to get anxious about eating fruit and meat in case it's gone off and gives me food poisoning/a stomach ache, I eat plain porridge for breakfast only as I worry anything else will make me bloated or give me a stomach ache and I eat the same thing for lunch everyday. I have even started to get nervous eating lunch at work as I find the stomach ache will get worse after I've eaten.

As soon as I leave work the bloated feeling stops and I forget I even had a stomach ache.

Not really sure what to do about it. Mentally I feel ok at work aside from the anxiety about my stomach/digestion but obviously I must be having anxiety that is causing this? Does anyone have any advice?

Thank you

I get this, and it makes it worse sitting at my desk. I am positive that it's anxiety for me too, so watching with interest.
