Nhs complaints interview

I have an interview for a band 4 complaints resolution officer. Can anyone give me any pointers for interview questions please?

I'm normally a nurse interviewer, but I think there are some areas that will still come up.

Look at the Trust values and be ready to give examples of how you have demonstrated them in a previous role.

Expect to talk about your own values and where they came from.

Expect a scenario based question - possible something to do with a safeguarding concern.
