Extreme fatigue in third trimester - any ideas?

I’m absolutely exhausted, really weak and it feels like I’m wading through water when I try and walk anywhere. Generally I can’t get through the day without a couple of hours sleep in the afternoon.

I’m 30 weeks pregnant and been feeling like this for the last month or so. I’ve had all the standard pregnancy blood tests which are all ‘normal’ - I have an under active thyroid which I take meds for, t4 is 13.7 and my haemoglobin was 116 at the 28 week blood test.

I’ve got three kids and my husband is looking after them single handedly and has been for a while because I’m so tired. Work wise, I'm on a 4 day a week desk job from home. I’m sleeping ok at night. I’m massive and so pretty uncomfortable but other than that it’s just the tiredness.

I just don’t understand why I’m struggling so badly, should I be asking the GP for any other tests? I’ve got a telephone appointment next week.
